I have a 90-year-old father and had questions before making my purchase and Rick the owner explained everything simply and easily. I am confident that when my products arrive that they will be easy to install and if not Rick or one of his representatives are just a phone call away! MY MOM LIKES THE PICTURE GALLERY THE MOST

I like being able to see when my mother has passed by the motion detector and when people have come in or out of a door - it has helped me identify an issue with movement through the house. My mom likes the picture gallery the most. The video calls are okay too. For me (child), being able to see doors opening and movement is good.

It has been a blessing to many many people who would otherwise have been more isolated this past year. I know my family uses it and loves it. It's wonderful to be able to have face to face conversation with my elderly dad. My mom recently passed away and now he is alone and lives in another state and especially during Covid. The Livindi gives a sense of connection and definitely helps with isolation issues. I am grateful for the Livindi especially since my dad does not know how to use any electronics and has no WiFi - its easy for him to use. Also Rick (co-founder) is excellent!! I love dealing with Rick - he is extremely helpful and very very patient when helping my dad and I so greatly appreciate it.
