How Livindi compares
Most products help with one or two things. Livindi brings them together.
A medical alert button calls for help. A sensor system tells you about activity. A video tablet makes calling easy. A companion device keeps someone talking. Livindi is one senior monitoring system for elderly parents that does these things together, with one free app for the whole family.

What Livindi does
Five things your family needs, in one system.
Monitor
Know if your parent is eating, sleeping and if activity patterns change. Door and motion sensors and AI learn their routine, and the app alerts you to changes. Add a smartwatch and bed sensor to measure vitals and sleep.
Care
The whole family can use the same free app and plan what to do together by video or chat. Includes medication reminders, and 2 concierge calls a month on Studio, Home and Max.
Communicate
Video call with captions in one tap, with auto-answer and a digital picture frame. Your parent has nothing new to learn.
Keep company
Add Liv, our AI companion, for companionship and entertainment at any hour. Liv has real conversations, answers their calls and sends you updates. $20/month, includes 10 hours of conversation a month.
Protect
Three levels of fall detection: press the wearable call button, say "Help Me", or AI designed to detect a fall. Livindi calls and texts each caregiver. Only people you invite can call them on the tablet.

- Medical alert buttons: press a button to reach trained operators around the clock. Fall detection is usually about $10 more a month.
- Cameras: show you a room and send motion alerts. Someone has to watch. You can talk through the camera.
- Sensor systems: learn activity with sensors and alert family. Usually no calling or companion.
- Companion devices: talk with your parent and give reminders. Family sees check-in summaries. Most aren't emergency services.
- Video calling tablets and TV devices: make calling simple, often with auto-answer and photos. A few are adding AI companions.
One thing to know
Livindi reaches your family, not a call center. It doesn't have a 24/7 dispatch center. If you want trained operators around the clock, a professionally monitored medical alert service does that, and you can use one alongside Livindi.
How is Livindi different from a medical alert button?
A medical alert button helps only if someone presses it. Livindi also has sensors and AI that notice changes in your parent's daily routine and tell you. Help comes three ways: pressing the wearable call button, saying "Help Me", or AI designed to detect a fall. Livindi calls and texts family caregivers directly.
Does Livindi use cameras to monitor my parent?
No surveillance cameras. The only camera is the tablet's, for two-way video calls, which have an auto-answer option.
What does it cost?
